CEBU CITY — A stray canine discovered with a knife embedded in his head received the tender-loving care he wanted from pet lovers on this metropolis.

Good Samaritans introduced the Aspin to a veterinarian for much-needed surgical procedure after his rescue on Nov. 9.

Theresa Marie Vidal, an animal lover who led the rescue, mentioned she discovered in regards to the canine by means of social media.
